About

About Me

Hi, I’m Colton!  I’m a certified personal trainer with a mission to help people transform not just their bodies, but their overall well-being. What sets my coaching apart is my combined expertise in mental health and fitness, giving you support that goes beyond the gym.

 

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and specialized training in Trauma-Informed Care, Crisis Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Mental Health First Aid, and Suicide Prevention. I’ve worked in the juvenile justice system, child welfare, and adolescent mental health, helping clients navigate complex challenges and build sustainable change.

 

With over five years of fitness experience, I create customized workout programs and nutrition guidance designed to fit your life. I’ve personally been on a weight loss journey, losing 40+ pounds, so I understand the mental and emotional challenges that come with making lasting changes.

 

Mental health is personal to me. I’ve dealt with depression and anxiety my whole life and lost loved ones to suicide, which fuels my commitment to coaching with empathy and understanding. When you work with me, you get a coach who meets you where you are, supports you every step of the way, and helps you build both physical and mental resilience.
